A colossal mega-metropolis with (maybe) 20 million inhabitants, horrible air quality, crowded streets and earsplitting noise. But, it also has green areas in New Delhi, impressive historical edifices, quiet areas where people can escape the din of Delhi life, an enviable Metro system and modern airport.
